A solitaire Diamond ring weighing 2.69 Carat in a 18 Ct gold simply fascinated me. We called for the manager to show us the ring which is usually locked in secured glass box with glittering lights to attract the customers.

I spontaneously ordered the same to a shock of Dari who asked again and again if we are ready to buy at this time. I checked from her if she was having enough money in the bank to buy the same. She nodded in affirmative. I was also sure from her reaction that she liked it so much.
So on the start of count down on our 30th Anniversary, I decided to buy a Diamond ring for a princely sum of ( our family standards) $30000.00 for my sweat heart to commemorate 30 years of our togetherness full of love and silly fights. Dari was very pleasantly surprised.
It must be recorded to her credit that though she has been extensively using the ring through out our travels all over world without letting it loose or misplace. On couple of occasions the ring was lost in fake conditions being misplaced in a corner of our house. She has been bravely guarding it with immense carefulness. At times we do keep it safe in our safe box while traveling at pre-warned notorious places.
