I booked both SF 231 with 978 Sq ft and this O-440 with 1361 sq ft on July 19, 2008 with JMD Megapolis IT Park Sohna Road Gurgaon. The giant Megapolis IT Park is shy of One Million Sq Ft area and one of the biggest IT Structure in the NCR.

Mr Satyam Vig also brokered a client M/S PROFORMICS DIGITECH PVT LTD at Rs 50/- per Sq Ft for an initial lock-in period of THREE years. The Unit has to be fully furnished as per the clients requirement and lease  term of the Unit will be effective from Oct 3, 2016.
