Our CA Mr Amar Rai co-ordinated with various agencies for making arrangements for regulating the balance payment and up-to-date maintenance charges.
Mr Satyam Vig of M/S A2Z Interiors was picked up among many venders to furnish the Unit. Mr Vig helped to coordinate with JMD for making it all happen.
Mr Satyam Vig also brokered a client M/S PROFORMICS DIGITECH PVT LTD at Rs 50/- per Sq Ft for an initial lock-in period of THREE years. The Unit has to be fully furnished as per the clients requirement and lease term of the Unit will be effective from Oct 3, 2016.
