Driving through Liechtenstein and Chur Switzerland in March 2002

It was really fun to drive on Europe. while going from Zurich to St Gallen to Innsbruck was a dream drive.our first stop was at a cafe where we had a coffee which was personally served by a gentle Malayalam speaking person originating from our own Kerala.

Now we reached Liechtenstein 4th smallest country in Europe sandwitched between Austria and Switzerland. Little Liechtenstein is a record holder - It has the worlds lowest external debt. Other than that thrilling claim to fame, it is a (somewhat unheralded) destination for sports. Thanks to its position in the Alps. The Capital Vaduz is more popular as a tax haven than for city breaks.

This is the church in Liechtenstein where I got a lucky glittering coin on the side walk.

Chur which is situated on the right shore of the Rhine-River and is known as the oldest town of Switzerland
