Tipi my youngest sister is special

It was primarily my Mom Savitri Devi's responsibility to take care of Pre-School and Primary School education of us kids from me to youngest and Fourth sister Tipi.

The most important years of learning begin at birth. During these early years, humans are capable of absorbing more information then later on. The brain grows most rapidly in the early years. High quality teachers and preschools have a long term effect on improving outcomes. It is well known fact that preschool teachings hold detrimental effects on social development.
During such times of age, it was our Mom who taught me and my sisters how to recognize different fonts, learn grammer, punctuation and word building. It was She who taught us the phonetic transcription. I learnt from her how to translate the ideas in my brain and covert them into witting for the world to understand and transfer the intellectual materials from one generation to the other. Today I am writing, because she inculcated in me an urge to communicate, to talk, to listen in a creative, aesthetic development of a teamwork and enhance my Social skills.

To wash/bathe them, to make their hair, to wash and change their clothes and dropping to the school were few of our Mom's hard chores to accomplish everyday. While I ran myself only after listening to School bell to Ward-X Government Primary School across our house, Bhagwant went to Government Primeary School Kalandar Chowk Masjid at a distance of about 500 ft. from our house. Later on Bhagwant would then start taking  Second sister Ambu to Killa grounds where the School from Masjid had moved.

By the time Bhagwant graduated from Primary School, She was admitted to 5th Standard in 1955 in the Sanatan Dharam Girls High School Panipat under the Killa Hill. Third sister  Bobi joined Ambu in mean time in the same school. So that's how the chain developed without any problems. While I also joined  5th Standard (Grade) at Sanatan Dharam High School on GT Road Panipat as a 9 years old in 1953.

Tripat Kaur Chhabra - Tipi

When it was the turn of Tipi for School teaching, all her Siblings were out of Primary School. It was perhaps also the sibling duty to teach nuances of early education to her.

On 22nd June 1996 in San Jose

Mom had to take the responsibility of dropping Tipi at Killa ground Government Primary School. All of us siblings were busy to our respective schools. So Mom would take Tipi 's small bag which contained her small book. And the bag also needed one more item. A secretly wrapped Milk bottle. Without which Tipi would not budge to move for going to School.

There were two ways for reaching the Killa ground. The Killa ground was built on small high hill top at about 1000 ft above see level. A very nicely laid out brick road would ascend from the east side and culminate on a flat place. This flat surface would have Primary School, City water tank, a Public Library, beautiful stepped down garden and Panipat Municipal Committee Office. There was also old Panipat Electricity company's diesel Generating station. The second road would descend on the western side  leading to old city Main Bazar. It was sort of loop around the hill.

Ascending the hill was not a easy task, but Mom had no other option but to carry Tipi's bag and walk her to the Kills ground school. Mom would finally drop Tipi with her teacher in the School assuming she would return after the School hours. Mom would then descend from the western side and do a few chores in the Bazar before reaching back home.

By the time Mom reached home, she would be shocked to find Tipi at home, back from school. Tipi had taken the eastern road for getting back. Seeing Tipi back unscheduled,  Mom would be furious & mad with anger. To her further disgust, Tipi had galloped her milk from bottle even. She was supposed to finish the same during the recess and moreover this was the incentive to remain in the School.

Mom could teach and guide her four kids and even the illiterate adult neighbor with ease ease and pride, but threw her hands up not to guide fifth one Tipi any more. Tipi repeated this quiet often. She stopped this habit of returning from School after some rough talking by Mom, but continued to take hidden milk bottle for good time though.

Tipi might not be prompt to go to school but is super intelligent and excellent in manuring the situation in her favor. For many of my decisions on Real Estate in India, I totally depend on her. She not only gives out a quick decision but correct decision as was the case when I had tough negotiations on Jangpura property. Getting me out of the wrangling in the government agencies, She firmly stood by me in the final phase at Registrar's office.

Tipi is same today and manages her affairs really well and supports everybody including her older siblings expertly. While one foot of hers is at home, the other is always on the go to meet the requirements of her family members at home or abroad. She is quick to understand the requirements and finds a perfect match.

I mentioned inadvertently above somewhere that Tipi is my fourth sister. No, She is not. My parents presented her as a wonderful daughter for me to enjoy and maintain all through my life. God may bless her and her family.
