My village is about 5 miles from Badrukha where General Harbaksh Singh the 1965 Wsr Hero was born. It is also the ‘Nanaka Village of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Sant Attar Singh ji established a Gurdwara Mastuana Sahib at this place donated by A Jatt Mastu,

Our first crop every year is offered here traditionally.

Dr Mantar Singh- My Dad’s Mate

Dr Mantar Singh uncle was born on the same day as my Dad Sardar Vasdev Singh in same Mohalla Aghapura. He was also his class mate. 

In fact my Dad will go all the way to Faridkot for his denture works. And he will return in 3-4 days after fully satisfied with his denture. Besides getting free treatment, he was majestically hosted at his place.

My Dad will keep on heaping his and his family praises for many months/years to come.

He will call him as his ‘Jamaitee’, he was one of his cousin sisters son though.

I only met him once or twice in life, last time he did ‘Asa Ki Var’ along with his other family members in Jangpura Gurdwara Where S Sardar Singh was the Secretary. 

What a noble family they belonged to. We miss them and they will always be in our prayers. Waheguru Ji may keep their souls close to Him.

Harvinder 65th Birthday

After Completion of Sehaj Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji, the above Hukamnama appeared after Anand Sahib and Ardaas.

An overwhelming response was received from friends and family on the facebook post regarding this beautiful day starting in the morning with completion of Sahaj Path Bhog of SGGS, Anand Sahib,  Ardaas and Karhah Prasad. It was followed by Cake cutting and special Chinese dinner delivered from one of the best Chinese Restaurants in East Bay.

Performing the Ardaas on 65th Birthday. All kids were busy and closeted in their rooms with their computers on their First day of Back to school. Shiv and Shilpy on their busy office schedule.
