🔥 Sardar Hari Singh Nalwa had expanded the Sikh Empire's northwest frontier by occupying a large portion of the Afghan Empire across the Indus River. The forces of Nalwe changed the history by chasing Afghans to the other side of the Khyber palace. Khyber Darra is an important way to enter India from the West. The process of Greeks invading India and looting started from Khyber line in 500 BC. Greek, Hun, Shak, Arab, Turk, Pathan and Mughals continued invading India for almost a thousand years. India had suffered a lot at the hands of the armies of Taimur Lang, Babar and Nadir Shah. Hari Singh Nalwa had completely ended this historical humiliating process by closing the road of Khyber Dare.

☝️ "Be silent otherwise Hari Singh will come"

We need to read an an anecdote about Hari Singh Nalwa
Got it. She is that in Pakistan and Kabul, mothers used to make her child silent by saying "Shut up, Hari Raghale" means keep quiet otherwise Hari Singh will come. You see how much terror of Nalwa was among the Pathans.
We thought before that these stories would have been created due to our affection with this great warrior. But then The Dawn found a Pakistani journalist Majid Shaikh article. Majid Shaikh writes,
In childhood my father used to tell stories of Hari Singh Nalwa. That's how Pathan Yusufzai women scare their children by saying this. Quietly, Hari Raghale. Means be silent otherwise Hari Singh will come"

Pathans were wearing salwar-kameez due to fear of Nalwa!

Today what is called Pathani suit is actually women's salwar-shirt. It is said that an old Sardar once said in his speech, "Our ancestor Hari Singh Nalwa had made Pathans wear salwar. Even today Pathans wear salwar due to fear of Sikhs. "In the leadership of Hari Singh Nalwa, Maharaja Ranjit Singh's army came to the Frontier in 1820. Then Nalwa's army had won over Pathans very easily. This is a time in written history, when Pathans became slaves of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's rule. At that time whoever opposed Sikhs were crushed brutally. Then it became very popular that Sikhs do not kill three people... The first ladies... Second child and third old man. Just what was there, then Pathans started wearing Salwar Kameez worn by Punjabi women. That means there was a time when women and men started dressing alike. After this, Sikhs also refrain from killing those Pathans who wore salwar of women. Many such incidents are mentioned in the book 'Hari Singh Nalwa- The Champion of Khalsa Ji' The meaning of saying is that the Pathans who are considered the world's best fighters, even those Pathans had a tremendous fear of the name of Hari Singh Nalwa. There was so much fear that when there was a war with Pathans near Jahangiria fort, Pathans were heard saying - Tauba, Tauba, Khuda himself Khalsa Shud. That means God forgive, God himself has become Khalsa.

🗡️ Heroicity !
Sardar Hari Singh Nalwa was protecting the North West border when King Ranjit Singh was busy in his son's wedding in 1837. It is said that Nalwa had demanded Raja Ranjit Singh to send an army towards Jamraud fort but no army reached for help for a month. Sardar Hari Singh received Veergati while fighting heroically with a handful of soldiers. They took the border of the Sikh empire across the Indus river to the front of the Khyber palace. At the time of Hari Singh's death, the western border of the Sikh empire had reached Jamrud.
Hari Singh's death caused a big shock to the Sikh empire and Maharaja Ranjit Singh could not fulfill his dream of taking Kabul in his possession. Afghan fighters due to whom Kabul was called the 'grave of empires'. Hari Singh had fought 20 battles in front of him and won all. Because of this, Maharaja Ranjit Singh used to tell the stories of Hari Singh's victory to everyone. Not only that they asked Kashmir for shawls and got these fights painted on them. The price of a shawl used to be 5 thousand rupees then. Considering Hari Singh Nalwa's last wish that his ashes were mixed in the same wrestling arena in Lahore where he won the first battle of his life. In 1892, a Hindu Babu Gajju Malla Kapoor from Peshawar built a memorial inside the fort in his memory.

Whenever it comes to India's Ranbankuras, whenever Maharaja Ranjit Singh's contribution will be mentioned in the history of Punjab, without Hari Singh Nalwa he will remain incomplete. Although very little research has been done about Hari Singh Nalwa. People are very little informed. In history Nalwa did not get the place they deserve. Some scholars believe that the third strip of the Indian national flag tricolor has been painted green, rewarding the bravery of King Hari Singh Nalwa, his indomitable courage. So, it is the right time to teach the war skills of Sardar Hari Singh Nalwa and the heroic saga of his martyrdom in books, spread to the masses.
