I had a chance to make arrangements for for North Regional electricity Board meeting as the Board in its last meeting decided to ho;s the August meeting in a cool place like Srinagar. Government of J & K proposed and the proposal was accepted by the Board. So the nine constituents of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi , Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, BBMB, RAPP were excited to have a meeting in Srinagar.
So I as Assistant Secretary to the NREB flew to Srinagar to meet various Government officers to arrange the meeting. I am proud to say that I happen to meet the Chief Secretary who quickly introduced some of his officers to make arrangement of the meeting.
