This is my hobby learned from my Dad. He will always keep a thread & needle handy with him even when while traveling.
Being of short height, I do not get pants of my size in the market, So invariably when I bring a new trouser, I have to cut it short and make it my size and hand stich it. I feel i do a pretty good job as shown below:
