Visit to Gurdwara on New Year 2023

We went to Gurdwara Gur Nanak Prakash Damdami Taksal, Las Vegas. As we are holidaying in Las Vegas, but every Sunday is a Gurdwara Day. This Gurdwara is about 6.1 miles from where we were staying. We took Baggi Bhai Sahib and reached Gurdwara in 18 minutes. 

 A Bay Area family of Bobby Bakshi, Gagan Bakshi along with their son and twin daughters met us in the Diwan Hall.

We also prayed Ardaas for Simba’s soul to rest in peace.

Beautiful soulful Kirtan was playing by a Ragi Jhatha followed by sumptuous Langar served hot with utmost regards. Due to unexpected sudden rush of Sangat due to popular traveling persons, the management waisted no time to rush for cooking extra food to replenish the servings. The serving were amazing hot from Veg Pakoras, bread Pakoras, Chhole Puri, daal, gobhi matar masala dish, and abundance of sweets like Laddu, kaju and Besin barfi, Mediterranean baklava, suji Halwa capped with fresh hot tea replenished frequently.
