My beautiful Mom - Biji.

Happy Mother’s day in heaven! She pre-schooled not only me, my siblings and grand kids but also adult educated our neighboring ladies who could not go to School due to recent partition of the country. Waheguru ji may bless your soul. Miss you, Biji!

My Mom and Dad in 1954 with first four kids. The fifth child Tripat was born later. A male child (number 3), however, did not survive after birth.

It's evident she had a remarkable impact not only on our family but also on the community around her. The dedication she showed in educating other than her own, despite challenges, speaks volumes about her character. 

May her legacy continue to inspire us and her memory bring us comfort.
