On July 4, 1776, the thirteen colonies claimed their independence from England, an event which led to the formation of United States. Each year on July 4th , also known as Independence Day, Americans celebrate this historic event.
Shiv, Shilpy along with their kids Gobind, Jania and Geet are travelling East course for a period of 10days. Gobind and Jania are growing up, they felt, it was a time to introduce some history of the nation by visiting New York and Washington DC.
So while they were gone, we thought of inviting some friends at the last minute for a get together. Hence Avtar Singh-Pammy and MP-Birinder joined us for a dinner.
