Bhagwant admitted to Paras Hospital, Gurgaon on Friday July 1, 2016 for her Knee Joint replacement surgery on both of her knees simultaneously for pre operative preparations.

Coming out of Operation Theater. 

'Post operative pic of Didi. I met her in the ICU. She was fine & talking to me. Thank god! We are back home. She is advised to shifted  in the room by tomorrow.' Ambu messages on the messenger.

'She will be under epidural drip so continuous pain management for 2 days only then she will require oral analgesic if needed.' said Dr Sandeep Kapoor

She had an acute pain in her left knee in the afternoon. Explained herself to the attending hospital staff in the ICU and got the necessary rectification as there was leakage in the tube giving her pain killer. She was smart and agile to point out the anomaly. 

She was absolutely fine after that.

Bhagwant actually faced the pain courageously. When asked she would say She had absolutely no pain, only a little bit like a small cut getting healed up. One day while on her regular physiotherapy day, she took the therapist in confidence and asked him to tell her frankly if the pain after the surgery had peaked or will come back as she recoups. Because contrary to her belief and hearsay She was to face a horrible time in facing the acute pain. She had perhaps thought the attending Doctors were colleagues of her son Sandeep, they were hiding some facts from her.

But her experience was simply opposite and rather hilarious! Besides the food served was awesome and tasty.
