San Ramon Valley Unified School String Festival 2017- Both Gobind & Jania play on Cello

This was the fourth consecutive time that we were attending this San Ramon Valley Unified School District Annual District Wide String Festival. But this was the first time that Both Gobind and Jania were participating in the combined Orchestra.

Jania Kapoor debut was outstanding as she occupied the number one chair for the Cello Artists among all six Elementary Schools in the District. Gobind, however, led the Windermere Ranch Middle School team. There were 570 young participants and there were only 45 Cello Players. It was thrilling to see my next generation performing like professionals on a big platform in the Daugherty Valley High School, San Ramon, Ca.

The Festival as usual was well attended and the house was packed to the full. I must appreciate the School District for their commendable job in organizing the String Festival and making it popular too.

It was very well disciplined and as the performances ended, the exit of the students and audience was made it really orderly.

Congratulations!
