Cooking at a Resort - Jim Corbett Park

We brought some raw rice from my village Badbar and Harvinder cooked a fantastic 'Salad Pulao' with cauliflower, Tomato and Onion with the help of Microwave oven. When sprinkled with Kachoomer salad, the dish came out to be out of this world and eating on the bank of Kosi proved to be an icing on the cake. The cauliflower could not be cooked to that level as we normally do but the crunchy product was awesome.
