It was about 20 years back that I was introduced to Gurdev Hora by his business assistant. We instantly clicked together. Being a spiritually inclined, Gurdev was my natural ally. We also did a few common business deals and hence his honored wife Gud also came close to us too.
On one of his business trip to San Jose, Gurdev came all the way from Sacramento to stay over night in our house to attend an early morning TIE inaugural meeting in 1996. That was the beginning of close and dedicated relation with two families. Inspite of big age difference between us, we bonded well.

Shiv was invited to Sacramento Gurdwara Sahib for assisting a music session to prepare for a Hemkunt Gurbaani Competition after Ajooni-Ardaas and their team had been declared number one in the tough Regional contest recently. They were now preparing strenously for their next round. The kids are presenting on the composition produced by Shiv and were, therefore, thrilled to get nuances from the original composer. We wish them good luck.
We have been to Gurdev Gud's home on couple of occasions. This time the home was filled with lot more beautiful household articles but hustle and bustle of the kids made the house reverberating with more rejoicings and happiness. The kids are growing nicely under the able supervision of their parents was evidently visible as they mixed up together very harmoniously. Gobind went GaGa with the warmth of kids. While a few minutes back he was pushing to go back home, soon he was begging for more time to spend with them.
