Road Side Evening Snacks

On our way to Pismo Beach during this year's Easter holidays, we decided to travel by road for a distance of about 350 miles. When it was nearing 4.00 PM, patent Tea Time knocked at our body clock. As we were driving on South bound 101 from San Ramon. We found a   Road Sign of King City with food and resting place in the Central Coastal of California

We decided to halt and get some snacks in this remote place with cluster of businesses like Gas station, restaurant and e few gift shops. Being an Easter weekend, the shops were well decorated.

Here we found a cute and beautiful Wild Horse Restaurant. The place was decently decorated and two girls who looked like sisters were waiting over the tables.

To our surprise, they could offer hot Indian black tea, vege burger and hot and sizzling potato fries with Ketchup. That was a big treat e petted in a coastal area with miles and miles of desert. The waitress was kind enough to warm our tea to boiling point as desired.

I was amazed to find my favorite fries and got tea and was fresh even after driving 200 miles on the road.

We were so excited by the hospitality by the Wild Horse Restaurant that we immediately called back Shiv, who was following us, to make a definite halt at King City.

We also took a vow and promised ourselves that we must stop at this Restaurant every time we travel to LA and back
