While I don't have real-time information about specific locations or timings, you can try checking with local Indian restaurants or exploring food festivals or events that may feature pani puri stalls. Additionally, keeping an eye on social media platforms or local food blogs can also provide information on where to find pani puri in the area. Enjoy your culinary adventures!

Yes, it can be surprising to see people standing in long queues even in scorching temperatures like the mid-nineties Fahrenheit. People's love for food and their willingness to wait in line for a favorite snack like Golgappas (pani puri) can be quite remarkable. Despite the heat, some culinary experiences are just too enticing to pass up. It's a testament to the popularity and enjoyment people derive from this delicious street food. However, it's always important to stay hydrated and take care of oneself in hot weather conditions.

Making of Golgappas:

The making of Golgappas or pani puri, is an interesting process. First, a small, crispy, hollow puri is made using a mixture of semolina, wheat flour, and water. These puris are deep-fried until they turn golden brown and become crunchy.

To prepare the pani (spiced water) for Golgappas, a tangy and flavorful mixture is made using tamarind, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and other spices. This mixture is then blended together with water and strained to remove any solid particles.

Next comes the filling. The puris are gently cracked on one side to create an opening, and then a mixture of boiled and mashed potatoes, chickpeas, chopped onions, and spices is added into the puris.

To enjoy Golgappas, you take one filled puri and dip it into the spiced water (pani) before popping it into your mouth. The burst of flavors from the pani, combined with the crunchiness of the puri and the savory filling, creates a delightful and refreshing experience.

Golgappas are typically enjoyed as a popular street food snack in India and are loved for their tangy, spicy, and delicious taste.
